When you donate to Give Alliance 365, you will help make decisions on how the funds will be distributed in the community. For $1 a day, you can become part of the giving circle that supports nonprofits that impact our Carnation City.

Ways to Give
Donations big and small all make a tremendous impact in our community. The Greater Alliance Foundation offers several entry points for donors and up-and-coming philanthropists to begin putting their hard-earned dollars to work for the betterment off the Alliance Community.
Apply for a Grant or Scholarship
At the Greater Alliance Foundation, we deeply appreciate our donors’ generosity, which allows us to support local nonprofit organizations and foster educational aspirations through scholarships. We review applications for grant funding requests three times a year and scholarships according to scholarship guidelines to ensure that our support has a meaningful impact on both nonprofits and individuals striving for academic excellence in our community.
We awarded a total of $38,500 to the Class of 2026! 🎉
AAOP scholarship (2025)
Recipients: Quinn Cernansky, Zachary Coffee, Lucas Dyke, Kendal Strawder,
and Kaden Tucker
Through this opportunity, the Alliance Association of Office Professionals (AAOP) aims to support graduating seniors from the greater Alliance area who will be the next generation of business leaders and professionals, empowering them to achieve their educational and career goals.
Lloyd and June Carlile Educational Scholarship (2005)
Recipients: Olivia Callahan, Andrew Hartzler, Bryson Jones, and Kaden Tucker
Established for graduating seniors of Marlington High School.
Ann McConahay Scholarship (2025)
recipients: Andalyn Barker, Zellie Barnes, Grady Fast, Cole Pasco,
and Lincoln Reese
Established for seniors graduating from Alliance High School in honor of Ann McConahay, who was actively involved in many charitable activities and volunteered 7,400 hours of service to the Alliance community.
Athena Scholarship (2013)
Recipient: Ciara Evans
Established for a senior female in the greater Alliance area who demonstrates community involvement, academic achievement, and leadership.
Carnation City Players Scholarship (2014)
Recipients: Brenna Charlick and Makenna Root
Established for graduating seniors for who intend to study theater arts and/or plan future involvement with community theater.
Honoring Hometown Heroes Scholarship (2022)
Recipient: Mackenzie Hall
Established for seniors of a veteran or active duty parent or guardian residing in, and graduating from, the greater Alliance area.

Since 2019, the Greater Alliance Foundation and Rodman Public Library have been partnering together in The Rodman Public Library’s Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library Fund to provide children’s books to every home in 44601 for children under 5 years old. 📚
If you love literacy, know a child who has benefited, or believed in Dolly’s efforts to place millions of books in children’s hands, please consider donating to our community fund. The Fund provides matching dollars to Dolly’s Foundation to provide our community's kids 60 free books before their 5th birthday -- delivered right to their doorsteps.
Help our kids in the community become part of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. Please honor her locally with a contribution to our local fund that benefits our hometown.
